Disconnect Facebook
Tenant owners can remove Facebook integration by opening Account Settings, going to the Facebook section, and selecting Disconnect. This clears the saved Page ID, Page name, Page token, and posting configuration for that tenant.
Disconnect Gmail
Tenant owners can remove Gmail integration by opening Account Settings, going to the Gmail section, and selecting Disconnect. This clears the saved Gmail OAuth2 credentials for that tenant and stops any further email sending, including automatic bill emails.
Request Tenant Data Deletion
To request deletion of a tenant account or tenant-owned data, contact the platform administrator with the tenant company name, tenant code, requester name, requester email, and reason for deletion. The administrator may verify ownership before processing the request.
What Can Be Deleted
Deletion may include tenant settings, users, clients, billing records, network records, support records, advisory records, WiFi vendo machines, coin/sales records, generated vouchers, uploaded file references, and saved Facebook and Gmail integration data, subject to legal, accounting, backup, and dispute-retention requirements.
Backups And Logs
Some information may remain temporarily in backups, audit logs, security logs, or legally required business records. These records are retained only for operational, security, legal, or compliance purposes.
Facebook Data
After Facebook is disconnected, the system stops using the Page token and cannot publish new posts. Posts already published to Facebook must be managed or deleted directly from the connected Facebook Page by a Page administrator.
Gmail Data
After Gmail is disconnected, the system stops using the stored credentials and cannot send new email. Messages already delivered to recipients must be managed from the recipient's inbox and from the connected Gmail account's Sent folder by an account administrator.
Contact
Send deletion requests to the platform administrator or support contact provided in your tenant service agreement. Include enough information to identify the tenant account and verify that you are authorized to request deletion.
