Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Use Of The Service

This platform is provided for ISP operations such as subscriber records, billing, MikroTik/network management, support, network advisories, WiFi voucher vending, backup/export, and related business workflows. Users must access only accounts and records they are authorized to manage.

Tenant Responsibility

Each tenant is responsible for the accuracy of its subscriber, billing, payroll, support, network, WiFi vendo, PayMongo, Facebook, Gmail, and company settings. Tenants must ensure that any public advisory, post, notice, email, or customer communication is lawful, authorized, and sent only to recipients who have agreed to be contacted.

Third-Party Services

The system may integrate with services such as Meta/Facebook, Google/Gmail, PayMongo, Supabase, Cloudflare, MikroTik RouterOS, and hosting providers. Use of those services is also governed by their own terms, permissions, limits, and availability.

Availability

The platform is provided on a best-effort basis. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, network issues, or configuration problems may affect availability or automation.

Acceptable Use

Users must not use the platform to post unlawful content, send unsolicited or spam email, bypass permissions, access another tenant workspace, abuse third-party APIs, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform changes. Continued use of the platform after updates means the tenant and users accept the updated terms.
