Information We Collect
We collect account, company, user, client, billing, network, support, attendance, and operational records that ISP tenants enter into the system. When a prospective operator signs up from our public landing page, we collect the requested company name, desired subdomain, owner name, owner email, and chosen password until a platform administrator approves or rejects the request. When Facebook integration is enabled, we store the connected Page ID, Page name, Page access token, Graph API version, and posting settings needed to publish tenant-approved advisories. When Gmail integration is enabled, we store the OAuth2 credentials needed to send email on the tenant's behalf. For the WiFi vendo feature we store vending-machine details, coin and sales records, and generated hotspot vouchers.
How We Use Information
We use data to provide billing, subscriber management, MikroTik integration, support ticketing, network advisory posting, WiFi voucher vending and hotspot provisioning, payroll/timekeeping, backups, and tenant account administration. Facebook Page data is used only to test the tenant connection and publish posts selected, created, or scheduled by authorized tenant users. Gmail access is used only to send tenant-initiated email — such as bills, statements of account, advisories, and custom messages — to that tenant's own clients.
Facebook Permissions
The Facebook integration may request pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, and pages_manage_posts. These permissions allow the tenant to choose a Page, verify connection status, and publish text/link advisories to that Page. We do not sell Facebook data or use it for advertising profiling.
Email (Gmail) Integration
When a tenant connects a Gmail account, authorized tenant users can email bills, statements of account, network advisories, and custom messages to their own clients through that account. Gmail credentials are stored only to send these tenant-initiated messages, are never used for advertising or profiling, and are never shared with other tenants. Tenants may disconnect Gmail at any time to stop further sending.
Data Sharing
Tenant operational data is not shared with other tenants. Data may be processed by hosting, database, storage, payment, email, and platform infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the service. Tenant Page posts are sent to Meta/Facebook only when a tenant uses the Facebook publishing feature, and email is sent through Google/Gmail only when a tenant uses the email feature.
Security And Retention
Sensitive integration secrets such as Page tokens and payment gateway secrets are stored encrypted when configured by the tenant. Data is retained while the tenant account remains active or as required for business records, backups, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
Your Choices
Tenant owners can disconnect Facebook or Gmail from Account Settings, update company data, export backups, or request deletion through the platform administrator. Disconnecting Facebook removes saved Page connection settings and stops new Facebook publishing; disconnecting Gmail removes saved email credentials and stops new email sending.
Contact
For privacy questions, account deletion, or data requests, contact the platform administrator through your service agreement or the support contact configured for this platform.
